crunchy, and dynamic tones of a vintage Marshall JTM45 amplifier. The Distortron is, in fact, the distortion circuit lifted directly from its sibling, the ZVEX Box of Rock (BoR). It is offered as a standalone pedal without the BoR’s independent boost circuit, making it a more compact and focused unit.
