Behringer POWERPLAY P1

The Behringer POWERPLAY P1 is a popular personal in-ear monitor amplifier for musicians on stage and in the studio. This model is active (requires power supply), unlike the PM1 model we discussed earlier.

Key Features

  • High Power Output: Features a built-in amplifier for high power output and loud, clear sound, even in very noisy environments like concert stages.

  • Dual Inputs (XLR): Features two XLR inputs, allowing for stereo or mono signal reception (e.g., separating music and vocal signals).

  • Mono/Stereo Switch: Features a switch to select the operating mode.

    • Stereo: Receives left and right signals separately.

    • Mono: Combines the signals from both inputs (Mix).

  • Balance Control: A knob adjusts the balance between inputs 1 and 2, allowing you to boost your own volume higher than the overall music volume as desired.
