A guitar inspired by the iconic “Summer of Love” and “Flower Power” movement of 1967—a cultural wave that left a lasting impact on global fashion and music. During that era, Fender introduced the distinctive Blue Flower and Paisley Telecaster®, guitars renowned for their unique character and visual identity, featuring patterned coverings applied across the entire body. These models gained strong popularity among Rockabilly and Country-Western guitarists. Although production was eventually discontinued, they have been reissued periodically due to enduring demand and classic appeal.
In 2025, these historically significant Fender models return once again as Limited Edition releases, produced to the highest standards under the Made in Japan designation, ensuring exceptional build quality and attention to detail.
The Fender Made in Japan Limited Stratocaster® Blue Flower features a gloss-finished alder body, adorned with the unmistakable Blue Flower pattern. The maple neck, shaped in a 1969 “U” profile, is paired with a 7.25-inch fingerboard radius and 21 vintage-style frets, delivering an authentic, classic playing feel that faithfully captures the spirit of the era. In addition, the Blue Burst edge finish has been newly refined to achieve a more vintage-inspired appearance, offering greater depth, dimension, and visual richness.
This model is a limited production release exclusively for the year 2025.
