The Friedman Pink Taco V2 Head

The Friedman Pink Taco V2 Head was developed by Dave Friedman, founder of Friedman Amplification, who is renowned for his work modifying Marshall amps and building boutique amplifiers for world-class guitarists. The original Pink Taco was designed as the “little sister” to the flagship BE-100, offering a lower-wattage (20W) alternative while still capturing the signature Friedman tone.

The V2 version was introduced as an evolution of the original Pink Taco, featuring added tone-shaping switches (Fat / Sat / S-Switch) to provide players with even greater versatility. These enhancements allow the amp to deliver everything from smooth, classic crunch tones to modern high-gain sounds—all in a compact, lightweight package that makes it equally suitable for practice, studio sessions, and live performances.
