Radial Gold Digger 4-channel Microphone Selector

The Radial Gold Digger is a 4-channel microphone selector designed to allow engineers and artists to quickly and easily audition up to four different microphones through a single preamp. This streamlines the studio workflow by eliminating the need to re-patch cables, enabling an efficient A/B comparison to find the perfect microphone for a specific voice or instrument.

• Four Selectable Inputs: Instantly switch between four different microphones.
• “Straight Wire” Passive Signal Path: The audio circuit is 100% passive, meaning there are no buffers, transformers, or active components that could color or alter the original sound of the microphone.
• Gold-Contact Relays: Military-grade sealed relays with gold contacts are used for switching to ensure a clean, noise-free signal transfer without degradation.
• Individual “Set & Forget” Trim Controls: Each channel has a trim control to precisely match the output levels of all connected microphones, ensuring a fair and accurate comparison.
• 48V Phantom Power: Onboard phantom power can be individually supplied to each channel to accommodate condenser microphones. The switches are recessed to prevent accidental activation.
• Heavy-Duty Construction: Built with a 14-gauge steel chassis, the Gold Digger is designed for durability and to shield against magnetic and RF interference.
• Ground Lift: A ground lift switch on the output helps to eliminate hum and buzz caused by ground loops.
