PRS Tekton SVN: Extended-Range 7-String Performance with 26.5-Inch Scale and Exceptional Clarity

The PRS Tekton SVN is a modern 7-string electric guitar designed for players seeking to expand their musical range and explore new creative possibilities. Combining a lightweight body, ergonomic contours, effortless upper-fret access, and a refined neck profile, the Tekton SVN delivers a comfortable and familiar playing experience while opening the door to extended-range performance. From complex chord voicings and expanded harmonic textures to crushing low-register riffs, this instrument is engineered to provide the clarity, control, and precision demanded by modern guitarists.

A defining feature of the Tekton SVN is its extended 26.5-inch scale length, optimized for 7-string performance. The longer scale enhances string tension and low-end clarity while maintaining a responsive playing feel. Combined with an ebony fingerboard, 16-inch fretboard radius, and stainless steel frets, the guitar delivers smooth playability and precise articulation across a wide variety of techniques, from intricate rhythm patterns to expressive lead work.

At the heart of the Tekton SVN are PRS Stylus SVN pickups, specifically developed for the Tekton 7-string platform. Voiced for articulation, aggression, and dynamic response, these pickups preserve note definition and tonal character across the frequency spectrum. Even under high-gain conditions, the Stylus SVN pickups deliver focused, musical tones with excellent clarity. Whether connected to a traditional guitar amplifier, a modern digital modeling system, or a professional recording setup, the instrument provides exceptional versatility and responsiveness.

The guitar features a PRS Hardtail bridge designed specifically for seven strings, with individually adjustable saddles for accurate intonation and a string-through-body construction that promotes resonance and sustain. Complementing this design are PRS Phase III Locking Tuners with Wing Buttons, combining modern locking technology with lightweight, vintage-inspired styling for enhanced tuning stability and convenient string changes.
