Galder is a founding member of the band Old Man’s Child and served as the lead guitarist of Dimmu Borgir from 2000 to 2024. He is known for his powerful guitar playing and distinctive tremolo picking technique. His collaboration with ESP led to the creation of his own signature guitar model in the Signature Series.
