The DarkRay is a bass guitar developed in collaboration with Darkglass Electronics, a company renowned for its expertise in bass gear, created to unleash a new world of tonal innovation.

This instrument is designed by Darkglass themselves, with its heart centered around an advanced preamp featuring a modern 2-band EQ and three distinct modes: Clean, Alpha (distortion), and Omega (fuzz). The onboard Gain and Blend controls allow players to precisely shape their tone, seamlessly blending pure clean tones with heavy fuzz while maintaining powerful low-end response. An intuitive LED ring and 3-way toggle switch make it easy to navigate between modes on the DarkRay bass.

The DarkRay is a true StingRay Special bass at its core, featuring a neodymium humbucking pickup, a roasted maple neck, a sleek contoured body, 22 stainless steel frets, and the iconic 3+1 tuning machine layout on the headstock.
