Description

The DarkRay is a bass guitar born from a collaboration with Darkglass Electronics, a company renowned for its expertise in bass gear, aiming to unleash a world of tonal innovation.

This bass is crafted with Darkglass’s signature design, centered around an advanced preamp featuring a 2-band EQ and three distinct modes: Clean, Alpha (distortion), and Omega (fuzz). The tone can be perfectly shaped using built-in Gain and Blend controls, allowing players to seamlessly blend the clarity of clean tones with the intensity of fuzz, all while preserving deep low-end power. An easy-to-use LED ring and a 3-way toggle switch make switching between modes effortless on the DarkRay bass.

The DarkRay is a true StingRay Special bass, featuring a neodymium humbucking pickup, a roasted maple neck, a sleek contoured body, 22 stainless steel frets, and the iconic 3+1 tuner configuration on the headstock.
