Its vintage open-coil design offers the passive feel and dynamics of traditional pickups with all the benefits of an active pickup.

In order to take your tone to the next level, this model also features a whammy bar. Thanks to this, you can add expressive vibrato and dive bombs to your solos. The Schecter Super Shredder offers a well-balanced tone, delivering everything from aggressive. crunchy sound to rich, clean tones that are ideal for the modern player. Its mahogany body produces naturally warm tones, with a touch of bite for creating tight lows and appealing highs. Its sweet sonic punch and rich character deliver an excellent amount of depth, providing an incredible sustain and resonance, which is only enhanced by the bolt-on construction.

The 3-piece maple neck and rosewood fingerboard feature a thin “C” profile, which offer a fast performance with maximum comfort. Its maple wood provides the guitar with bright characteristics, along with a snappy attack in the midrange and a sizzling high end. When the strings are played hard, the wood adds more punch to the tone, while light picking delivers extra clarity. On top sits a rosewood fingerboard, which creates a warmer and softer tone. It also offer a sparkling high end and a thick low end.
