Description

The Gibson J-45 Standard, Vintage Sunburst (2018) is one of Gibson’s best-selling acoustic guitars of all time and is renowned for its full sound, warm bass, excellent projection and balanced expression. The J-45 is a new and improved take on the classic J-45 that was nicknamed the “workhorse” when first introduced in 1942. The new and improved J-45 stays true to its original design but features the latest techniques in construction and design to provide an incredibly smooth and comfortable play. Its classic round-shoulder dreadnought body design provides excellent projection and creates big, booming sounds that the original was known for. With a sitka spruce and mahogany construction, the Gibson J-45 projects stunning tonal qualities that offer resonance, warmth, and an incredibly rich sound that will accommodate many different genres and playing techniques with equal ease.
