The Gibson Explorer Electric Guitar, Antique Natural (2018) provides players with the same trail-blazing characteristics as the original Explorers of the 50s, delivering incredible style and versatile tone to the modern musician. Burstbucker pickups offer the same magical feel as Gibson’s original PAF pickups, with a high output to produce incredible power and sonic punch suitable for rock’n’roll players. Its lightweight mahogany body delivers a beautifully warm, sweet characteristic with plenty of high end shine perfect for solos. The slim taper mahogany neck and smooth torrefied granadillo fingerboard delivers an incredibly comfortable performance, allowing players to create swift licks and smooth solos. The tune-o-matic bridge and mini Grover tuners provide the Explorer with excellent string stability, while its tektoid nut helps enhance the harmonics in the highs and mids. Delivered in a hardshell case for protection, the 2018 Gibson Explorer is given an antique natural finish to create a stunning aesthetic that reflects its raw power.
