Iconic Mackie Sound, Anywhere
MobileMix forgoes an IEC power cable in favor of USB, which significantly increases its portability—especially for livestreams and video production. An undercarriage compartment designed to hold a rechargeable USB battery pack (sold separately) is a key attribute of the Mackie MobileMix, empowering users to embrace modernity and bring the content creation station with them wherever they go. It’s also possible to run the mixer using a USB adapter or from the powered port of a laptop. Professional Inputs and Outputs

For streamers and video producers, a duo of TRRS connections let you connect two smartphones or cameras at once, to send and receive sound from both. Meanwhile, a convenient Bluetooth channel makes it easy to wirelessly stream music or bring in phone calls. Closely monitor it all with a dedicated headphone output, and send the full mix to a PA system or external recording device from the mixer’s main outs. Alternatively, dedicated Mix outputs with independent level control allow direct recording to phones, tablets or DSLR cameras.
Onboard Effects for Polished Sound
MobileMix may be small, but it’s still a fully featured portable console, complete with an array of effects for real-time polishing. Two-band EQ on channels 1–4 helps dial in a clear, impactful mix intuitively, and switchable high-pass filters on the Onyx preamps offer one-touch mud reduction on sources like vocals and guitar. Once you’re satisfied with overall levels and equalization, three different digital reverbs create a cohesive space for your sounds to live, “gluing” them together with dimension. These include Plate, Hall and Reverb+Delay settings, guided by an overall FX Level and individual sends on each of the eight channels for the perfect mix.
Two-Way Bluetooth Streaming
With its versatile I/O, including two-way Bluetooth, the Mackie MobileMix makes it easy to produce live content, such as podcasts, on the fly. Mix a host’s and guest’s microphones to taste, then take the output straight to a DSLR to capture audio and video simultaneously to a single device.
