Shure MV51 – Large-Diaphragm Digital Condenser Microphone

Shure MV51 –  large-diaphragm digital condenser microphone designed for high-quality recording with a distinctive vintage-inspired design. It features a 25 mm (1”) electret condenser capsule with a cardioid pickup pattern, focusing on sound from the front of the microphone while minimizing ambient noise. Supporting 24-bit/48 kHz recording, the MV51 delivers studio-quality audio in an easy-to-use plug-and-play format.

On the front panel, a touch-sensitive control panel allows users to select between five DSP modes (Speech, Singing, Acoustic Instrument, Loud, and Flat), automatically adjusting Gain, EQ, Compression, and Limiter for optimal results. Users can also control headphone volume, mute the mic, and monitor real-time signal levels via LED indicators.

Built entirely from durable metal, the MV51 offers a premium, professional feel. It includes a built-in kickstand for tabletop use and a 5/8″ thread mount for attachment to standard microphone stands. The microphone supports direct connections via USB (for Mac/Windows) and Lightning (for iOS) without adapters (MFi Certified), making it ideal for home studios, podcasting, live streaming, and content creation.
