Abe Cunningham (Deftones) signature snare drum features 3.0 mm thick brass shell with special features designed by this dynamic and explosive drummer. The drum shell finish includes a special cosmetic surface treatment produced by master Japanese craftsmen with a grinder machine. The snare also has four 2″ diameter vent holes which contribute a bright attack and articulation without losing the full-bodied tone of the thick brass shell. Its massive sound and unique appearance is the power center for Abe’s and the Deftones’ rhythmic propulsion.
