Description

These two lovely Kawai US60 Premium Concert Grade Upright Pianos were manufactured in the original Kawai piano factory in Hamamatsu, Japan.  The US60 concert models were only made between 1982-1985, during the absolute golden era of Japanese piano manufacturing, and are commonly regarded as one of the most stable and reliable full-size Kawai models made in Japan.  They are extremely sought after in the musical world.

This piano comes with matching piano bench with lift up leather-look top for storage as well as a full practise pedal system (centre muting pedal that locks down so that the piano can be played at a lower volume at night-time etc).  It is in immaculate condition inside and out, with a high gloss ebony cabinet and minimal wear to the keyboard and internal action mechanism.

You’re looking at one of the best selling and most popular upright pianos ever made. Dozens of piano teachers have sent scores of students to our shop specifically to buy this model. This is the most affordable of the “super uprights” made by Kawai over the years…52″ full-size uprights that have extra girth, extra power, and a large oversized, grand piano-style music rack, in short, the closest thing to a grand piano in an upright form.
